Tajikistan and Afghanistan to extradite prisoners
DUSHANBE, 16.02.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The prisoners, who are kept in correctional facilities of Tajikistan and Afghanistan, will be extradited to their countries in the future. In this regard, it is expected that the deputies of the Lower House of Parliament on February 16 will approve the Agreement on Extradition between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The deputies of Majlisi namoyandagon will also approve the Paris Agreement within the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
According to the Lower House of Parliament, the deputies will also discuss and pass the draft of Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On introducing amendments to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On local body of state authority” and “On introducing amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing certain types of activities”.
