CCI Chairman received the Head of JICA Mission in Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 16.03.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Sharif Said, Chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan, on March 14 met with Hideki Tanabe, Head of JICA Mission in Tajikistan.
According to the press service of CCI, during the meeting the parties discussed a wide range of issues of trade-economic cooperation, as well as issues of mutual interest. The main topic of conversation was to discuss the state and prospects of cooperation between CCI and JICA in Tajikistan, maintaining and developing earlier established contacts and raising them to a qualitatively new level.
The two parties paid attention to issues of trade-economic cooperation between Japan and the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the potential for their further development. It was noted the importance of implementation of joint projects in the fields of energy, road construction, environmental protection, transport networks and water supply of the population of Tajikistan.
The meeting was also attended by Representative of JICA in Tajikistan Ken Inoue and JICA Program Coordinator in Tajikistan Azizbek Sattorov.
