Political consultations between Tajikistan and Palestine were held in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 30.03.2017. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Political consultations between Tajikistan and Palestine were held in Dushanbe on 29 March 2017 under the co-chairmanship of Deputy Foreign Minister, Nizomiddin Zohidi, and Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Palestine for Asia, Africa, and Australia Dr. Mazen Shamiyah.
During the consultations, the issues related to expansion of bilateral cooperation, in particular, economy, trade and culture as well as inter-parliamentary ties and preparations of documents to extend legal foundation of the Tajik-Palestinian cooperation were discussed.
In addition to bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Palestine, a number of regional and international issues being of mutual interest were discussed during the consultations.
