Ambassador of Tajikistan in Germany met with Vice-President of the Technical-Economic University of Berlin
DUSHANBE, 11.04.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Ambassador of Tajikistan in Germany Maliksho Nematov on April 10 held a meeting with the Vice-President of the Technical and Economic University of Berlin Matthias Knauth. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Embassy of Tajikistan in Germany.
During the meeting Ambassador Nematov presented to M. Knauth detailed information on the development of education in Tajikistan. The Ambassador also noted the great interest of the Tajik universities to establish practical cooperation for exchange of experience.
M. Knauth reported that Technical and Economic University of Berlin, which cooperates with more than 140 foreign universities, is ready to assist Tajik universities in the training of specialists in the fields of energy, engineering and economics.
Technical-Economic University of Berlin was formed in 1994 and is considered one of the major educational institutions of the Federal land of Berlin. 13355 students are studying in 70 areas, such as informatics, energy and the economy.
