Tajikistan delegation attended the meeting of the Council of CIS Foreign Ministers in Tashkent
DUSHANBE, 10.04.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On April 7, the delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov attended the meeting of the Council of CIS Foreign Ministers in Tashkent. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the MFA Information Department.
The Foreign Ministers considered the issues of political, economic and socio-humanitarian plan. Decisions were adopted on holding multi-level ministerial consultations, as well as participants adopted the Statement of the Foreign Ministers of CIS states-participants on the inadmissibility of discrimination and intolerance against all religious denominations, considered the issues relating to the CIS staffing structure, determined the base organization of the CIS states-participants on training the personnel for bodies of tax (financial) investigations, as well as on educational programs of higher education and additional professional programs.
Bilateral meeting of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan S. Aslov also took place with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as a five-sided meeting of Foreign Ministers of Central Asian States, where the parties had an exchange of views on the situation in the region, cooperation on important areas of cooperation, as well as interaction within international and regional organizations.
