Tajikistan Permanent Representative attended the ECOSOC 2017 Partnership Forum
DUSHANBE, 07.04.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On April 5, 2017 the Permanent Representative of Tajikistan to the United Nations Mahmadamin Mahmadaminov participated in and addressed the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Partnership Forum entitled “Partnership for promoting opportunities, increased prosperity and sustainable development for all”.
According to the MFA Information Department, in his statement the Permanent Representative recalled the experience of the previous International Decade for Action «Water for Life, 2005-2015» in promoting and strengthening multi-stakeholder partnerships, and underlined the importance of the new International Decade for Action «Water for Sustainable Development 2018-2028» in this area.
