Bilateral Political Consultations between Tajikistan and Australia held in Dushanbe
Bilateral political consultations between Tajikistan and Australia’ Foreign Ministries were held on May 22 in Tajikistan’s capital, Dushanbe.
The delegation of Tajikistan was led by Nizomiddin Zohidi, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, while the delegation of Australia was headed by Mr. James Hall, Assistant Secretary at Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
According to the Tajik MFA Information Department, both sides reviewed the entire range of bilateral relations, including cooperation in political, education and tourism sectors, and explored ways and means to further strengthen the existing ties in all fields of importance.
In addition, regional and global issues of mutual interest were also discussed during the consultations.
