Tajikistan and China Exchange the Instrument of Ratification for the Treaty on Transfer of Sentenced Persons in Beijing
DUSHANBE, 19.06.2017. /NIAT «Khovar»/. On 19 June 2017 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, Parviz Davlatzoda, Ambassador of Tajikistan to China and Liu Zhenmin, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China exchanged the Instruments of Ratification of the Treaty between the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, signed in Dushanbe on 13 September 2014.
This Treaty enters into force on the date which the Instruments of Ratification are exchanged in accordance with its article 20.
