Tajik-Pakistani Business Council intensifies work to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation
DUSHANBE, 07.07.2017 /NIAT «Khovar»/. The current trade volume does not correspond to economic potential and existing opportunities of the two countries. It was stated at the meeting of the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan Sharif Said with the co-chair of the Joint Business Council of “Pakistan – Tajikistan” Mohammad Yaqub, which was held as part of the meeting of the Business Council of Tajikistan and Pakistan in Dushanbe.
According to the CCI press centre, during the talks the issues of using unused resources, increasing the volumes and diversifying the range of mutual trade were discussed. An agreement was reached to intensify the work of Joint Tajik-Pakistani Business Council on a systematic basis.
