DUSHANBE, 07.09.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Salomiddin Mirzorahmatov is a well-known Tajik journalist and publicist, former correspondent of the newspaper «Communist of Tajikistan» (now “Narodnaya Gazeta” – “People’s Newspaper”), and in recent years he is living in Kazakhstan and doing business. In his article posted on his Facebook page, he explains his view on the so-called “Tajik opposition”. It was possible to ignore this publication in the social network — today everything is being said and written there. However, the article deals with a serious one — about who, how and why today is deceiving our youth, involving them in extremist and terrorist organizations. Based on these considerations, we have decided to reprint this article with some reductions.

Thanks to the Tajik foreign “opposition”, I learned that in Germany there is such a city Dortmund. Although at school I had good marks on geography. For several days, numerous websites mentioning this German city, in detail talked about the forum of the opposition forces of Tajikistan, where the Alliance of political parties, movements, groups, etc. was allegedly created.

I was indifferent to this event. Sometimes I read a paragraph or just a headline, but often missed another publication about this event.

But when I read the interview of the Deputy Director of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Saifullo Safarov on Ozodi’s website, where he expressed concern about the creation of the Alliance (Etilof), I thought… It is necessary to find out what was really there. Collecting information, I came to conclusion that the most interesting happened after the forum.

Initially, people were not invited to a forum of opposition forces, but to a meeting dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the signing of the peace agreement. The nothing unsuspecting Tajiks living in Germany, neighboring European countries and not related to any opposition party came to the meeting, and not to the forum. The next day, they seeing their photos on social networks as forum participants, were extremely outraged. They accused Kabiri: you set us up, brazenly deceived us! We came to the meeting in honor of Vahdat Day (Unity), and not to your forum! Remove the photos immediately!

Oleg Panfilov, who posted on FB these photos, had no choice but to hastily remove them.

Who participated in this forum, except for the deceived participants? First of all, I would like to mention the very same Oleg Panfilov as an honorary guest, chief adviser and image maker to Muhiddin Kabiri. At the forum, Kabiri publicly addressed him with the highest respect as his mentor, an international figure. When Oleg finished his speech, Kabiri appealed to him with a request: “Will you help us to let the European Parliament and the European Union recognize us?” Oleg generously promised: “Of course, I will help!”.

Oleg came to the forum for a completely different purpose — to ensure that foreign Tajik oppositionists declared Russia the main enemy of Tajikistan. So he wanted to raise his importance to his masters — see, I got you a new enemy of Russia! To such proposal of Panfilov Kabiri reacted with silence for a simple reason — he has profitable business in different regions of Russia, designed for numerous relatives. Why should such a multifaceted business be jeopardized? In fact, Oleg did not expect another offer. He is a soldier of the Western information front with almost thirty years of experience. He is a man without a clan, without a tribe, without a Homeland, without faith.

In the early 90s, he moved from Dushanbe to Moscow (as he probably was instructed to do) and wearing the mask of a fighter for democracy and human rights, attracted to Alexei Simonov, the son of the great Russian writer Konstantin Simonov, the president of the Glasnost Defense Foundation. Alexei Konstantinovich sheltered him, gave him job and supported him in every possible way. It should be recalled that in the 90s, when the term of Oleg’s Tajik passport had expired, Simonov wrote an angry letter to the Tajik authorities and demanded to give him a new passport.

Oleg, for several years, working under the leadership of Simonov, called him daddy. Trustful by nature Simonov began to trust him, even financial transactions. But one day Oleg was convicted of financial fraud and, of course, expelled from the fund. Daddy turned into an enemy. At every step he groaned the venerable old man. When he realized that it was to his detriment, it was too late. The authority of the hereditary Russian intellectual was not only great in Moscow, but throughout Russia. With Oleg stopped to say hello. In the Moscow intelligentsia community he became an outcast.

Then for the joy of Oleg in August 2008, an armed conflict broke out between Georgia and Russia. Russian troops expelled from South Ossetia the Georgian invaders. And Oleg, without a second thought, gave a loud voice: I condemn Russia, pick me up from here! He was picked up and transferred to another information front line — to Georgia. The then president of Georgia, Mikhail Saakashvili, who is now stateless and is on international wanted list, accepted him with open arms, gave him Georgian citizenship, awarded the title of professor and appointed a teacher in one of the Tbilisi universities. Oleg, to give his appearance as a professor, let a short beard, and in order to get closer to the Georgians and become one of them, added to his name a Georgian alias — Sandro and became Oleg Panfilov-Sandro. Only it is unknown, a Professor of what science is Oleg. Probably, military and information.

I’m sorry for the Georgian students who listen to the lectures of this moral monster! I did not make a reservation — Oleg — a moral monster!, as evidenced by another shameful page of his biography. I do not remember exactly, in the 94s or 95s the Moscow newspapers published a sensational news — allegedly by order of the Tajik special services Chechens beat Oleg. As proof of this, a photo of beaten Oleg with signs of beating on his face was posted on the pages of newspapers. The publications then aroused wide resonance. However, after a short time, this shocking information was disproved by Oleg’s wife, Lola, Tajik by nationality. She told the same journalists that Oleg was not beaten by Chechens, whom he brazenly and unabashedly slandered. The bloodied face of Oleg is the result of a family quarrel. Oleg constantly mocked his wife’s son from his first marriage. Then one day Lola during another mockery of her son could not stand and launched into his head chairs. The blows were strong and accurate and as a result, the blood began to flow from Oleg’s head and face. Having calmed down and bandaged head, Oleg persuaded his wife to use severe injuries on the face and head as a PR — to hang this beating on the Tajik special services and Chechens. In exchange, he promised to continue to treat the non-native son humanely and even to love him. Rapidly phoned familiar journalists, and after a while a group of reporters from various publications gathered in the apartment. Oleg with his bandaged head told in detail how, where, under what circumstances, those evil Chechens inflicted severe bodily injury on him. There should be no doubts! – it is by the order of the Tajik special services! All journalists unanimously asked: why do not you apply to the police? “No no! No way! With Chechens, jokes are bad! “- Oleg rejected.

The result of this disgraceful PR was the revealing article in the Moscow newspaper “Vek” under the heading “A Tale of Broken Chairs”. Oleg then went through a shame calmly. His conscience could not torment him, because he never had it.

One more PR manager of Kabiri at the “forum” (could not stand it, then I’ll quote this word in quotation marks) was pitiful and helpless Temuri Varki. Such pitiful and helpless as Temur should not be pitied! Because they themselves are to blame for their desperate situation! And for the sake of “kuti loyamut” (handouts) are ready to create the image of an angel on the example of Satan! Three hundred euros — the allowance of political emigrant Temur in France is like three hundred Somoni in Tajikistan. Here Kabiri offers him a job of a PR man — why not earn a living? Power is a tragedy, and the IRPT led by Kabiri is the salvation of Tajikistan from this tragedy! — that’s the meaning of his propaganda materials.

In one of his interviews, he said the following: The IRPT is the most influential force not only in Tajikistan, but throughout the region. So powerful that it can stabilize the situation … in Afghanistan! To do this, it is ready to mediate between the conflicting parties in this country.

Turns out that George Bush Jr., Barack Obama, Donald Trump and all the leaders of NATO countries are not far-sighted! They still have not noticed the most influential political force in the region and have not turned to its great leader Muhiddin Kabiri for help! And mindlessly spend billions of dollars in this country! And the leaders of the warring sides in Afghanistan are also good! It had long been necessary for them to call for the help of the great Kabiri, and he would have reconciled them overnight! And they are all fighting and killing each other!

They say that Temur writes good poetry in Russian. I can not judge and did not read. But his essay “My Tajiks” in one of the Russian journals read with pleasure. Unfortunately, in our time on literary creation you will not earn a living. Therefore, for a dumb ridiculous lie, it is possible not to condemn Temur, but to sympathize with him. Life makes you lie.

But what happened in the “forum” that was convened to create the Alliance? It was not a “forum”, but publicity for the exaltation of Muhiddin Kabiri, prepared by mediocre directors. In the hall were hung out portraits of Kabiri and under them quotes from his speeches, statements, interviews, etc. Before the performance, one of the activists walked along the ranks and warned those sitting — when the word for the report will be given to the His Excellency you have to stand up and applaud him! One of those present, apparently, who came not to the “forum”, but to the meeting, sent this stupid PR man to the three most popular letters in the Russian alphabet! Obscenely, but deserved! His Excellency is … Muhiddin Kabiri! Who did you think?

But the Alliance did not take place. With whom this Alliance was to be held? With the same PR men of Kabiri? So they are already with them, so long as he pays them. In addition, in the “forum” the IRPT was only represented by the caricature Group 24. As it is known, this group, which calls itself an irreconcilable opposition, consists of elementary uneducated boys of the Age of Independence. At one time, their boss, the late Umarali Kuvatov, threw the company Faroz for several million dollars and fled first to Russia, and then to Turkey and declared himself an oppositionist. And these illiterate guys who circled around him, were left without money and also rushed to him. So there was formed another “opposition” outside of Tajikistan. Here’s to these misguided guys want to contact directly.

Guys! Every time, when you are placing in social networks the anti-government appeals in the Tajik dialect, you shame yourself to the whole white world! Understand, in the absence of intellect in the brains it is still possible to work at Russian construction sites as a laborer or sell bananas in the markets, but you can not become a politician. Therefore, I give you good advice — first, hire two teachers — the Tajik language and literature and the Russian language. But please note! To learn these two languages, you need to read a huge amount of books! So, maybe, imperceptibly you become educated guys, and even politicians.

I am not unfounded call Kabiri greedy and avid for money. Back in Tajikistan, the owner of one of the most profitable markets Kabiri in parallel created a business based on politics. According to Marx, economics is a basis, and politics is a superstructure. Kabiri proved opposite in practice. Twenty-five years, Iran is the main sponsor of the IRPT. For these years, the party had received huge funds from this country, especially during the presidential elections of 2013, and then parliamentary elections. Separately to party was allocated a solid grant for the creation of television. All these financial flows were controlled personally by Kabiri. Where this money went, only he knows. Iran, suspecting him of financial fraud, demanded a report. What report?! — answers Kabiri. Forgot that in autumn 2015 the party was declared a terrorist party! All party functionaries were put in prison, and moneys were also lost! Give me more money! If you do not give, I will take from your enemies — Arab countries!

You see how! The sponsor can also be blackmailed! I can not believe that party’s money were gone. Kabir quietly left Tajikistan six months before the coup attempt. Quietly and calmly transferred money and numerous relatives to a safe place, formalized in their name a business, and he settled in a well-fed Europe, receiving the status of a political emigrant. He drives, surrounded by his retinue, on the Mercedes of the latest model. It is impossible to believe that he did not know about the upcoming fate of his associates in the fall of 2015. He threw them! They are now dead to him!

Kabiri now has other worries. It is necessary to create a new political organization. To convince sponsors that this is a real political force, get money and create a new business based on politics. It does not matter how this organization will be named. If the sponsors say to remove the word Islam, he will remove it. In a word, the politics for Kabiri is business!

The next “forum” of the foreign Tajik “opposition” will soon take place in Warsaw. So we will have another laugh.
