Tajikistan and Uzbekistan to develop cultural relations
DUSHANBE, 12.10.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The official delegation of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan led by First Deputy Minister of Culture of the country Ibodullo Mashrab met yesterday with the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saifulloev in Tashkent State Academic Theatre named after Alisher Navoi.
According to the press-center of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, the meeting was also attended by the Head of International Relations Department of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan Abdughaffor Abdujabborov, the Head of Writers Union of Tajikistan, National Poet of Tajikistan Nizom Qosim, Director of the State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre of Tajikistan Manuchehr Sharifzoda.
During the meeting, the parties had an exchange of views on the development of cultural relations between the two countries, strengthening contacts, organizing concert programs in both countries, as well as cooperation between the State Enterprise “Bazmoro” and the State Enterprise “Uzbekconsert”.
The meeting took place in a friendly atmosphere.
