Ambassador of Tajikistan met with the Attorney General of the Czech Republic
DUSHANBE, 30.01.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Czech Republic Maliksho Nematov on January 25 had a meeting with the Attorney General of the Czech Republic Mr. Pavel Zeman in Brno.
According to the MFA Information Department, during the meeting, the parties expressed their satisfaction with the state of legal cooperation between the prosecutor general’s offices of Tajikistan and the Czech Republic and had a useful exchange of views on the situation of combating crime, terrorism and extremism, illicit drug trafficking, and other issues of mutual interest.
It should be noted that diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Czech Republic were established on June 5, 1992. Currently, the legal base of relations of Tajikistan and the Czech Republic is in a developing stage and includes 13 bilateral documents on cooperation in economy, trade, science and technology, investment, industry, health and the fight against crime.
