Tajikistan and Germany fight against transnational organized crime
DUSHANBE, 16.01.2018 /NIAT «Khovar»/. The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Ramazon Rahimzoda met yesterday, January 15 with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Tajikistan Neithart Hoefer-Wissing.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic, at first Ramazon Rahimzoda congratulated Neithart Hoefer-Wissing on his appointment to this responsible state post and wished him success in his further activities.
The meeting discussed issues of strengthening cooperation in the fight against transnational organized crime, terrorism and extremism, illegal drug trafficking and ensuring security. The sides paid special attention to the issues of exchange of experience and information, as well as training of highly qualified personnel.
According to the source, following the meeting, the sides have expressed their confidence in the development of bilateral cooperation in the field of protection of rights and ensuring security.
