Tajik-Azerbaijani economic relations discussed in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 01.02.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The discussion of economic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan was the main theme of the meeting of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Nematullo Hikmatullozoda and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Tajikistan Hasan Dilsuz Oglu Mammadzada.
According to the press centre of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the republic, during the meeting, the parties considered the issues of development of trade and economic relations between the two countries, as well as discussed bilateral cooperation of mutual interests.
The parties had also an exchange of views on the issues of attracting investments, creating joint ventures for processing agricultural products, resuming the direct flight between Dushanbe-Baku, cooperation in tourism, and expressed confidence that multilateral cooperation between the republics will further develop fruitfully.
The meeting was held on January 30 in the building of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.
