Sports competitions of the Cup of the Minister of Foreign Affairs
DUSHANBE, 20.03.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On March 17, in celebration of the international Navruz holiday in the sport complex of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the opening ceremony of sports competitions between diplomatic missions and offices of international organizations took place.
According to the MFA Information Department, Ambassadors and diplomatic staff of foreign states, representatives of international organizations in Dushanbe and the authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan participated in this event.
It should be noted that sports competitions will be conducted in five disciplines, in particular, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, chess and football for the Cup of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The aim of this sport event is to popularize a healthy lifestyle, as well as strengthen ties and friendly relations between diplomatic missions.
As a result of these sports competitions, the winners will receive memorable gifts.
