Political consultations between Tajikistan and Kuwait were held in Al Kuwait
Political consultations between Tajikistan and State of Kuwait were held in Al Kuwait on April 2, 2018 under the co-chairmanship of Deputy Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan Nizomiddin Zohidi and Kuwaiti Assistant Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs, Ali Suleiman Al-Saeed.
According to the Tajik MFA information department, the two discussed a broad range of issues related to state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
They, in particular, discussed bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Kuwait in the fields of politics, trade and economics, investment, transportation, culture, education and security.
Further expansion of bilateral legal-treaty base was discussed at the consultation.
In the course of the consultations the two sides also exchanged views on the most important regional and international issues being of mutual interest, in particular Middle East and Afghanistan..
