President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain laid a wreath at the Ismoili Somoni monument in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 19.06.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Today, the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain, as part of his official visit to the Republic of Tajikistan, visited the main square of Dushanbe city – “Dusti” /Friendship/.
President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain paid tribute to the memory and laid floral wreath at the monument of the founder of the first Tajik state Ismoili Somoni.
In this ceremony, the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Mahmadtoir Zokirzoda and other officials.
Top level meetings and talks will be held today within the framework of the official visit of the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain to the Republic of Tajikistan.
Mamnoon Hussain, as part of his official visit to Tajikistan, will also meet with the Chairman of Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Shukurjon Zuhurov and Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Qohir Rasulzoda, as well as will attend the International High-Level Conference on International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development”, 2018-2028 to be held in Dushanbe on June 20-22, 2018.
