Tajikistan and UN interested in strengthening and expanding cooperation in various fields
DUSHANBE, 19.06.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On the sidelines of the International High-Level Conference on the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development”, 2018-2028, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjiddin Muhriddin met with the Director of the UN Regional Center Natalia German.
NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to the source, during the meeting, the parties expressed sincere interest in strengthening and expanding cooperation of the Republic of Tajikistan with the UN in various fields, including ensuring peace and stability in the world, combating modern threats and challenges, protecting the environment, ensuring sustainable and social development, and preserving water resources.
