DUSHANBE, 30.07.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of condolences to the King of the Netherlands Willem-Alexander.
The message reads, in particular:
“Your Majesty,
It was with deep sorrow and regret that we received the news of tragic death of a citizen of the Kingdom of the Netherlands as a result of a vehicle running-down on a group of tourists — cyclists on one of the highways of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The relevant services of the country are taking all necessary measures to identify and prosecute the perpetrators of this cruel act.
I ask you, Your Majesty, to convey our deep condolences and sympathy to the families and relatives of the deceased”.
