Tajik folk crafts were presented at the «UN Bazaar» in Geneva
DUSHANBE, 23.11.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On 20 November 2018, an annual charity event “UN Bazaar” took place at the UN headquarters in Geneva. Along with other diplomatic missions accredited to the United Nations, the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Tajikistan has also taken an active part.
According to the MFA Information Department, the products of national art, ethnic cuisine as well as information on tourism opportunities of the country were presented to the guests of the event.
This year the national stand of the Republic of Tajikistan has been presented under the slogan «2018-Year of Tourism and Folk Crafts Development ” in the Republic of Tajikistan, according to the announced initiative of the President of the country.
