Tajik Ambassador Attended the Traditional Meeting at the Russian Foreign Ministry
DUSHANBE, 14.01.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – A traditional meeting of the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov with ambassadors from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) took place on Friday in Moscow.
The Tajik Ambassador to Russia Imomuddin Sattorov also attended the meeting.
The meeting participants summed up the work done on deepening the multilateral cooperation within the CIS in 2018 and outlined priorities and key tasks for the CIS for the current year. This year Turkmenistan chairs the CIS.
During the meeting the emphasis was placed on strengthening foreign policy coordination.
The officials also exchanged views on current international and regional topics.
