Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi Visits Tajikistan’s Pavilion in Beijing Fair
DUSHANBE, 29.10.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – A member of the State Council, Minister of Foreign Affairs of China Wang Yi visited the pavilion of the Embassy of Tajikistan at the international charity fair Love Knows No Borders, which was held in Beijing.
During a brief conversation with the Ambassador of Tajikistan Parviz Davlatzoda the Chinese Foreign Minister noted that Tajik fruits, in particular lemons, are considered one of the best in the world.
The pavilion, which was organized by the Embassy of Tajikistan in China, presented books by President Emomali Rahmon about different periods of the modern history of the Tajik people, samples of Tajik suzanne, national jewelry and folk art handicrafts, as well samples of national Tajik cuisine.
This year, 90 embassies and representative offices of international organizations, more than 50 firms and companies took part in the fair.
The funds raised will go to help poor families, as well as toward improving the rural areas in different provinces of China.
