Tajik Embassy in Iran Opens Library
DUSHANBE, 25.02.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – On February 21, the Embassy of Tajikistan in Iran held a meeting with compatriots and Tajik students studying in Iranian universities.
Part of the meeting’s goal was to mark the opening of the library within the embassy, reported the Tajik Embassy in Tehran.
The newly opened library contains 3,000 books by Tajik authors and scholars.
The books can be used not only by the Embassy’s staff, but is open to Tajik nationals and Iranian scientists and scholars.
A list of library’s books will be prepared and displayed on the embassy’s website in order to facilitate access to it.
The meeting participants were also provided with comprehensive information about the elections to the Assembly of Representatives and local Assemblies of People’s Deputies, which is scheduled for March 1.

Those in attendance were aso acquainted with the materials of the voter’s corner prepared by the polling station.
