FM Muhriddin Attends the Signing Ceremony of Peace Agreement in Afghanistan
DUSHANBE, 01.03.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday in Doha, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin attended the signing ceremony of Peace Agreement in Afghanistan between the U.S. and the Taliban movement, reports the Tajik Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The U.S. Secretary of State, Foreign Ministers of Norway, Indonesia, Turkey, Pakistan, Oman, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, as well as special representatives from Russia, Kazakhstan and Japan on Afghanistan attended the signing ceremony.
Following the signing ceremony, Muhriddin met with Mike Pompeo, Uzbek FM Abdulaziz Kamilov and Turkmen FM Rashid Meredov.
