DUSHANBE, 30.04.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – On April 30, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 10.2433 TJS,

1 Euro – 11.1058 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1384 TJS.

Also on April 30, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – from 10.2433 TJS to 10.2500 TJS

1 Euro – from 11.1058 to 11.5000 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1384 to 0.1395 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face4 punitive damages and criminal charges.
