Deputy FM Huseinzoda Attends OIC Ministerial Meeting
DUSHANBE, 11.06.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Muzaffar Huseinzoda attended an extraordinary virtual ministerial meeting of the Executive Committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
The meeting focused on the threats of the Israeli government to annex parts of the Palestinian territory.
In his speech, Huseinzoda called on Palestine and Israel to resume direct negotiations and to refrain from any actions that go against maintaining peace and security in the region and fully cooperate to find a constructive and fair solution to the issue of Palestine based on the United Nations resolutions, long-held principles, international law and the Arab Peace Initiative.
