DUSHANBE, 02.06.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – On June 2, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 10.2707 TJS,

1 Euro – 11.4107 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1468 TJS.

Also on June 2, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – from 10.2707 TJS to 10.2800 TJS

1 Euro – from 11.4107 to 11.5000 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1468 to 0.1490 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face4 punitive damages and criminal charges.
