President Emomali Rahmon Holds Telephone Conversation with Belarusian President Lukashenko

DUSHANBE, 31.08.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
During the conversation President Rahmon extended warm birthday wishes to President Lukashenko.
The counterparts also discussed topical matters on the bilateral cooperation agenda, including the current situation in Belarus and the current state and prospects of friendly relations and win-win cooperation between Tajikistan and Belarus.
President Rahmon noted the significant achievements of the Belarus since its independence and wished the friendly people of Belarus lasting peace, stability, prosperity and further sustainable progress.
While sharing their opinions on further development of constructive cooperation, President Rahmon and President Lukashenko reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening and expanding them for the benefit of both countries.
