Tajikistan Attends Advisory Council Meeting of the CIS Consular Services Heads

DUSHANBE, 27.08.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the 27th meeting of the Advisory Council of the heads of consular services of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) was held via video conference.
The event was attended by representatives of the consular services of Azerbaijan (as an observer), Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and a representative of the CIS Executive Committee.
The participants exchanged views on the state and prospects of the development of consular relations within the CIS.
They also expressed their readiness to intensify mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas in order to facilitate the expansion of multilateral cooperation within the CIS.
