Tajikistan and UK Express Interest In Developing Bilateral Relations

DUSHANBE, 01.12.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Muzaffar Huseinzoda held a meeting with the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and North Ireland Wendy Morton. The online meeting took place on Monday.
The parties expressed interest in developing bilateral relations in political, economic and humanitarian fields.
The meeting also focused on joint efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic and mitigating the impacts of climate change.
The parties stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation within the framework of international organizations and financial institutions.
