DUSHANBE, 18.02.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – On February 18, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 11.3030 TJS,

1 Euro – 13.6393 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1523 TJS.

Also on February 18, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – from 11.3030 TJS to 11.3300 TJS

1 Euro – from 13.6393 to 13.8000 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1523 TJS to 0.1555 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face4 punitive damages and criminal charges.
