DUSHANBE, 12.03.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – On Wednesday, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan Farrukh Sharifzoda met with the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Central Asia, head of the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA) Natalia German.
The parties exchanged views on current issues and prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and the UNRCCA.
Sharifzoda informed German about the priorities of Tajikistan’s presidency in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the process of preparations for the Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process 9th Ministerial Conference, which will be held on March 29-30 in Dushanbe.
