Tajikistan and Azerbaijan Sign Ministerial Cooperation Program for 2021-2022

DUSHANBE, 31.03.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, on the sidelines of the Heart of Asia — Istanbul Process 9th Ministerial Conference, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Mukhriddin met with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov.
The ministers discussed issues of Tajik-Azerbaijani cooperation in the political, trade-economic, transport-communication, and cultural-humanitarian spheres. They also touched upon cooperation between the two countries within the framework of international organizations.
Following the meeting, the Cooperation Program for 2021-2022 was signed between the two ministries.
