Tajik Delegation Attends Visegrad Group and Central Asian Political Consultations

DUSHANBE, 16.04.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Tajik delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Muzaffar Huseinzoda attended online political consultations between Visegrad Group (Hungary, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic) and Central Asian countries.
The parties exchanged views on strengthening interregional ties, expanding cooperation in the fields of trade, energy, tourism, education, and environmental protection.
Consultations focused on the implementation of the new EU Strategy for Central Asia, economic recovery in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and the regional security issues.
