Ambassador to Uzbekistan Presents Copies of Credentials to Foreign Minister

DUSHANBE, 14.05.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Uzbekistan Abdujabbor Rahmonzoda presented his credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov.
Following this, Rahmonzoda and Kamilov held a meeting which focused on Tajik-Uzbek relations.
The parties also discussed the prospects for cooperation in political, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian, scientific spheres.
Rahmonzoda informed Kamilov about the instructions given to him by President Emomali Rahmon to further deepen the Tajik-Uzbek relations of strategic partnership that meet the fundamental interests of the two fraternal peoples.

Rahmonzoda also assured of his readiness to make the necessary effort to strengthen and develop bilateral relations.
In addition, he held a meeting with the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Farhod Arziev.
