Khovar Holds Working Meeting of SCO Experts on Preparations for the Media Forum

DUSHANBE, 24.06.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, experts from the SCO member states held an online working meeting on the Media Forum. The event was initiated and chaired by the Tajik Khovar National Information Agency.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Tajikistan, China, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia and the SCO Secretariat.
The meeting focused on the issues related to the preparation and holding of the SCO Media Forum, which is scheduled for August 6 this year in Dushanbe.
The parties stressed the importance of information in our time, and called the holding of meetings of the heads of the media of the SCO member states a convenient opportunity for discussing the issues under consideration, expanding multilateral cooperation, contributing to the recognition of the achievements of the SCO.
Following the meeting, while considering the reports of the participants, a corresponding protocol was adopted.
