DUSHANBE, 12.07.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 12, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 11.3225 TJS,

1 Euro – 13.4330 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1522 TJS.

Also July 12, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – from 11.3225 TJS to 11.3400 TJS

1 Euro – from 13.4330 to 13.6100 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1522 TJS to 0.1540 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face punitive damages and criminal charges.
