Tajikistan and Iran Use the Potential to Expand Trade and Economic Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 15.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday in Tehran, the Ambassador of Tajikistan Nizomiddin Zohidi met with the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance of Iran Seyyed Ehsan Khandouzi.
The parties exchanged views on following-up with the agreements reached during the official visit of the President of Iran to Tajikistan earlier this September, particularly concerning the development of a long-term program of economic and trade cooperation between Tajikistan and Iran until 2030.
They expressed the need to use existing opportunities and potential for the expansion of bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
