DUSHANBE, 09.12.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Turkey Ashrafjon Gulov met with the Minister of Family and Social Services of Turkey Derya Yanık.
The meeting focused on the exchange of knowledge, experience, and strengthening cooperation in the field of social protection of the population.
The parties also stressed the importance of the family in society.
Ambassador Gulov noted that the status of women has increased in Tajikistan, especially in the light of President Emomali Rahmon’s policies.
The parties coordinated the establishment of a working group to develop cooperation, exchange experience in the field of social protection, and implementation of various items in the agenda of the Tajik-Turkish Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.
