Tajik and Italian Foreign Ministers Meet in Tashkent

DUSHANBE, 09.12.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday on the sidelines of the Second Ministerial Conference “Italy — Central Asia” in the C5 + 1 format in Tashkent, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Luigi Di Maio.
The meeting focused on the current state and prospects of cooperation in political, economic and humanitarian spheres between Tajikistan and Italy.
The parties also exchanged views on other topical subjects in the region, including the situation in Afghanistan.
