President Emomali Rahmon Receives Newly Appointed Officials

DUSHANBE, 21.02.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon received the newly appointed officials of government and law enforcement agencies.
By presidential executive orders, the Minister of Education and Science, and his deputies have been released of their posts in order to take up a new appointments.
Saidzoda Rahim has been appointed Minister of Education and Science, Jurazoda Jamshed as First Deputy, Khairzoda Shukrullo and Abdukholiqzoda Lutfiya will serve as his other deputies.
Jurazoda Jamshed is relieved from his previous post as the Rector of Khujand State University named after Academician Bobojon Gafurov.
Abdualimzoda Hakimbek Abdualim will serve as the Rector of Tajik State University of Finance and Economics instead of Hairzoda Shukrullo.
In accordance with another presidential executive order, Ikromi Khurshed has been released from his duties as the Director of the National Testing Center. Jafarzoda Sabzali will now serve in his stead.
Saidzoda Shohin who served as the Director of the Agency for Supervision in the Field of Education and Science has been released from his post due to transfer to another job.
Mirzozoda Azizullo has been released of his post as the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Religion, Streamlining of Traditions, Celebrations and Ceremonies due to having reached the retirement age. Vahobzoda Abdurahmon will now serve in her place.
The deputies of the Director of the Drug Control Agency and its several directorate heads have been replaced.
In addition, Rahimzoda Shabnam has been appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Youth Affairs and Sports. Chorshanbezoda Suraj and Sobirzoda Parviz will now serve as the deputies of the Chairmen of the Committee for Youth Affairs and Sports.
President Rahmon’s proposals on the appointment of Mirzozoda Abdukahor and Mahmadalizoda Mahmurod to the positions of chief auditors of the Chamber of Accounts have been submitted to the Assembly of Representatives.
In agreement with President Rahmon, the heads of a number of Customs Service directorates at border checkpoints, as well as the heads of education and health care offices in Khatlon have been replaced.
