Tajikistan and Azerbaijan Intend to Create Joint Ventures

DUSHANBE, 17.02.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On February 15, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Azerbaijan Rustam Soli met with the Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan Inam Karimov, who is also the co-chairman of the Tajik and Azeri Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic cooperation.
The meeting focused on issues related to holding the next meeting of the commission, as well as the development of bilateral cooperation in the economic, trade, transport and transit, investment and agricultural sectors.
The parties exchanged views on the development of joint projects, organizing meetings of experts from the two countries, attracting Azeri companies to participate in the creation of joint ventures in Tajikistan.
