New Ambassador of Tajikistan to Great Britain Rukhshona Emomali Presents Credentials to Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II

DUSHANBE, 16.03.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On March 15, Ambassador of Tajikistan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Rukhshona Emomali presented her Letters of Credence to Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II.
The Ambassador of Tajikistan conveyed the good wishes of President Emomali Rahmon to the Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between two countries and Her Platinum Jubilee.
The parties also exchanged views on bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and the UK, as well as the prospects for its development.
By a presidential decree dated December 15, 2021, Rukhshona Emomali was appointed Ambassador of Tajikistan to the United Kingdom. Previously, she worked as the head of the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
