President Emomali Rahmon Signs Moratorium on Activity Checks on Business Entities

DUSHANBE, 16.03.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – President of the Republic of Tajikistan signed an executive order announcing a moratorium on activity checks of business entities.
This decree was signed with the purpose of state support of business entities, creation of favorable conditions for attracting investments, creation of jobs, and reduction of inspections. The moratorium will continue until January 1, 2023.
In accordance with this decree, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On moratorium for activity checks of business entities” will be adopted.
In accordance with the provisions of the law, during the moratorium on inspections, the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan related to inspections of business entities will be suspended.
