Tajik Ambassador Attends First Meeting of the New Members of the Inter-Parliamentary Group «Germany-Central Asia and Mongolia»

DUSHANBE, 01.06.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Germany Imomudin Sattorov attended the first meeting of the new members of the Inter-Parliamentary Group «Germany-Central Asia and Mongolia» in the German Bundestag.
Apart from other issues, the meeting focused on the current state and prospects of Tajik-German bilateral relations.
Participants expressed interest in developing mutually beneficial relations in the political, economic, humanitarian, and security spheres.
Sattorov emphasized President Emomali Rahmon’s international initiatives aimed at strengthening peace and stability in the region, rational use of water resources and protection of glaciers, and called for further development of the inter-parliamentary cooperation.
