Tajikistan and Austria Note Constructive Cooperation Within International Organizations on Key Issues

DUSHANBE, 01.07.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Farhod Salim met with the Secretary General of the Federal Ministry for European and Foreign Affairs of Austria Peter Lansky-Tiffenthal.
The parties exchanged views on important issues on the agenda of bilateral relations and prospects for the development of mutually beneficial relations, paying particular attention to the development of cooperation with Austria in the political, trade, economic, humanitarian and security spheres.
The interlocutors also noted the constructive cooperation between Tajikistan and Austria within the framework of international organizations on key issues on the world agenda.
They also expressed their readiness to continue contacts and useful consultations at all levels on topical issues of Tajik-Austrian and regional cooperation.
