DUSHANBE, 26.08.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, Permanent Representative of Tajikistan to the UN Jonibek Hikmat met with the UN Under-Secretary-General, head of Counter-Terrorism Office Vladimir Voronkov.
The meeting focused on the issues of mutual interest in the field of countering terrorism and extremism, including the process of jointly co-organizing the high-level international conference on “International and Regional Border Security and Management Cooperation to Counter Terrorism and Prevent the Movement of Terrorists,” which will be held from October 18 through October 19 in Dushanbe.
