Tajikistan and Israel Discussed Current State and Prospects for Relations

DUSHANBE, 18.08.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Director of the Center for Strategic Studies of Tajikistan Khayriddin Usmonzoda met with the Deputy Director General, head of the Department of Eurasia and the Balkans of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel Simona Halperin.
Halperin was accompanied by the Director of the Department of Central Asia and the Caucasus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel Michal Hershkovitz, and the Ambassador of Israel to Tajikistan Zeavit Ben Hillel.
The meeting focused on the current state and prospects of bilateral relations.
The parties also paid special attention to further strengthening and expanding cooperation between Tajikistan and Israel in trade, economy, politics, water and energy, culture, and science.
