President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko Will Pay an Official Visit to Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 24.09.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will pay an official visit to Tajikistan in October. The details of the visit were discussed by Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin and and the Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makei in New York on the sidelines of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly.
Muhriddin informed his Belarusian counterpart about the development of the situation in the context of the recent aggravation on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border.
The parties also discussed the details of preparations for President Lukashenko’s upcoming official visit.
A meeting of the joint commission on international transportation cooperation, a business forum of representatives of business circles of the two countries and other events will be held as part of the visit.
