Tajik FM Muhriddin Attends Meeting of Foreign Ministers of Central Asia and US

DUSHANBE, 23.09.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, on the sidelines of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, Tajikistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin attended the meeting of Foreign Ministers of Central Asia and the US in the C5+1 format.
The ministers exchanged views on the international and regional agenda, including the situation in Afghanistan, the fight against terrorism and extremism, as well as other security threats and challenges.
They also emphasized the need to strengthen cooperation between the countries in the region.
